What we treat
At Catalyst Physical Therapy we specialize in orthopedics, spine, pelvic health, and women's health conditions. We assess and treat from head to toe since issues in one area of the body can cause a cascade of problems elsewhere and seemingly unrelated conditions might very well be impacting your recovery. Without the restrictions from insurance, you can get all the care you need in one place at one time.

Our 4 Step Process
How we get you back to doing what you love
01
Identify

We get to the root of your problem by learning about your history and conducting evidence based testing. Once we identify the cause, we identify the unique solution to your problem. There's no one size fits all so your plan of care will be specific to your needs as well as your individual anatomy.
02
Stabilize

Once we know what to treat and what your plan is, our first goal is to stabilize your symptoms. We use a combination of hands on therapy and movement to get control over whatever problem you are having whether it is pain, or numbness, leaking. Manual therapies commonly used include joint mobilization/manipulation, dry needling, and soft tissue work. Movement based exercises will be prescribed to encourage normalized mobility and initiate strengthening.
03
Restore

When your symptoms are well controlled we change the focus to restoring normal function in your daily life. This can look different for each person. For some it may be lifting your children. For others it may be climbing ladders or driving for long periods of time. Whatever the demands of daily life and work require, we tailor your program to restore mobility, strength, and control during those tasks.
04
Build
This is the part of the program where physical therapy really shifts gears. The focus changes from pain control to lifelong fitness. We help you build a program to continue your progress independently. During this time, your physical therapist will check in with you periodically and make changes to your program based on your progress. We believe that premium physical therapy does not end but continues to be a part of your healthcare team throughout your life. This is why we do not “discharge” patients; once you are a part of our family you will always be welcome even if you do not have an injury.
