Tucson Arizona Cactus

Expert Physical Therapy

Catalyst physical therapy is a family owned and operated business in Tucson, Arizona. It was created by the owner to help fill in some serious pitfalls in healthcare. We strongly believe that individuals and their medical providers should be the ones making decisions on what should and should not be performed, not insurance companies. And after many years of seeing insurance coverage significantly decline all while premiums skyrocket, we decided enough was enough. We had to do something different and make some much-needed changes to how care is provided.

Our team are experts in the field with specialization in orthopaedics and spine care, pelvic health, and women’s health. This includes pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, presurgical and postsurgical rehab, and pain conditions. We combine hands-on care with education, lifestyle changes, and movement to help you become your best self and reach your goals.

At Catalyst Physical Therapy, we offer a wide range of services to help you feel your best. From postpartum care to sports injuries, we have the expertise and resources to get you back to doing what you love. Our services include manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and much more.

If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic that puts your needs first, look no further than Catalyst Physical Therapy. Contact us today to schedule an appointment and take the first step towards a healthier, happier you.

Our Philosophy

Catalyst Physical Therapy is an out-of-network clinic that provides a holistic approach to care without the necessity to get prior approval, referrals, or jump through any hoops. We believe that each person deserves more than the status quo when it comes to rehabilitation and wellness. That is why we provide 1:1 care with your personal physical therapist with a full body evaluation and individualized treatment plan. That means that from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you will be with your provider 100% of the time. No bouncing between therapists or being passed off to assistive personal. No sitting by yourself on a bike or doing exercises with 10 other people next to you.

We understand that you might have had experiences with other healthcare practitioners, including other physical therapists, which may have been not so great. We also understand that you may have gotten advice from friends, family, or social media that was not helpful or possibly made things worse. Maybe you have been told that surgery, medication, or injections were the only option. Or maybe you have been told your pain is “normal for your age” or “it’s because of your weight”. These ideas are not only old and outdated but extremely harmful.

If you relate, then we would love to set up a time for you to talk to our physical therapist to find out what can be done to help you. If you’ve tried a lot of things already, that’s not a bad thing. In fact, it’s actually a good thing because we now know what DOESN’T work and are closer to finding out what WILL work for you. Physical therapy when done right not only gets rid of your pain, but also finds the root cause to resolve the issue and keep the pain away!

Call us today if you want to:

  • Avoid medications, surgeries, or injections

  • Safely and quickly return to hobbies, recreation, or daily activities without pain or restriction

  • Prevent future injury or reoccurrence of pain

  • Optimize your fitness, health, and wellbeing
